A manga festival match-up we all dreamed about as a child returns for one day only!If you’re in your late 30s or over, and have a passion for films or a bit of manga, then you are guaranteed (we think) to have been excited by the two manga festivals we have brought back for you, the Toei Manga Matsuri and the Toho Champion Matsuri.
